We're a family of 7 and have been using it for anything related to stomach or intestine issues (mild of course). Things like: car sickness, nausea, gas and indigestion. I'm gluten intolerant and use it for settling my gut when I've accidentally come in contact with gluten to allow me to sleep as my body works on getting rid of gluten. The best part is it tastes good.
